Dragonflower Ranch will be your new Nirvana. Gorgeous landscapes, sprawling fields and open skies create the perfect setting for a Maine wedding. Access to onsite accommodations that sleep up to 15 overnighters plus two Glamp sites and lots of nearby lodging ~ you can spend your celebration in serene style. You can also venture out to take in the City sites in Portland, or stick close for the area’s local charms. 

Weddings in the Great Room or on the land, games on the spacious lawn, late night fire pit. You can choose indoors and out, utilizing The Great Room, a 2000 square foot indoor upstairs barn, or keep the entire affair al fresco.

We understand that planning from a distance can be challenging, so our customizable packages have been designed to relieve stress and ensure all the details—both large and small—have been considered. Just show up, hug your favorite people, and have the best celebration ever. 

Wedding Packages

Rental Fees are based on a multitude of factors and we ask that you please message us with specific detail (Please click OPEN FORM below) about your special event and we can curate the estimate based on your desires.

All packages include these must haves:

  • Indoors ~ The Great Room (85 person seated capacity for ceremony & plated dinner, giving your party space for a dance floor package includes indoor and outdoor venue access from 10am–10pm,

  • Outdoors ~ Access to four sprawling acres, lawn games, bbq, fire pit including firewood and lawn chairs, wooded trails and more

  • OR All Access ~ both indoor & outdoor access.

    ***Pricing will not include standard taxes or gratuities (as applicable)

Meals (when priced separately)

  • $29 & up /person

  • Plated dinner, Buffet-style or food truck options

Additional Info/Add-on options

  • Overnight lodging in the accessible Thoroughbed apartment (sleeps 8-16) starts at $425 per night; Glamp Sites available.

    What’s the difference between event support staff & wedding planner?

    EVENT SUPPORT STAFF: set up and tear down of tables, ceremony set up, on site for questions or needs that arise, helps bridal party design the “look and feel” of the onsite wedding and helps to find caterers/rentals and more

    WEDDING PLANNER: wedding planners are responsible for assisting clients in planning entire weddings or specific wedding activities. They discuss wedding logistics with clients, negotiate vendor contracts, and ensure that wedding-day activities run smoothly

    What’s an elopement package?

    Elopement packages include everything you need for an intimate wedding for just you and your spouse, along with a witness or two, or a small handful of friends and family members. (*Max number of guests 20. Packages start at $1925 for a 3 hour event.)

    What about parking for my guests?

    Our parking lot can easily accommodate up to 12 cars comfortably, but we recommend using a shuttle service and one of the public parking options a quarter mile from the venue itself.
